Born in Ecuador, raised in California. Pledging for Lambda Theta Phi was the most memorable experience of my college career. I firmly believe Lambda Theta Phi brings out the true leaders in each and everyone of its brothers. As an alumni, I work in the real estate field as a consultant for Altus Group, assisting the largest institutional clients in the nation with their property portfolios and investments. What the brotherhood taught me about personal commitment, self-discipline, and pride prepared me with the strength to soar in all of my life's endeavours. More imporantly, I will never forget the amazing memories I have and continue to create, even as an alumni. This is more than just an organization. More than just a brotherhood. This is my family.

Lambda has helped open my horizons and provided an incredible example of exhibiting Leadership, Passion, and Discipline in all endeavors. My experience as a brother has been incredible and only keeps getting better. My network has expanded across not only Southern California, but across the nation and three decades into the past. The resources available to me, along with the brotherhood, unity, and memories, extend beyond imagination.

Hey everyone, my name is Bernardo and I'm majoring in Architecture here at USC. I pledged Fall semester in 2005 for this fraternity and I have loved every minute of it. There are so many benefits that I have gained from joining the Lambdas that I can't even list them all. Overall, it's added to my whole experience here at USC in making every moment a memorable one.

I was made and born in Guerrero, Mexico, but I was raised in San Diego, California. I am a big soccer fan that loves Cruz Azul, Mexican National Team, and Barcelona. The process is definitely something that I won't forget in life. It is a very memorable experience that only happens once. It opened my eyes to see life differently, to appreciate things more, and to have self control. I have more confidence than before, and I definitely know that any obstacle is surmountable. You need to have faith and believe in something especially yourself to move on. "I am the master of my faith."

Lambda Theta Phi has helped me to progress in ALL aspects of life. Most notably my academic and personal career. The organization beyond providing me with a sense of PRIDE has molded me into a more productive and responsible person. My Fraternity and brothers are an extension of my family and have allowed me to grow along side them. I thank Lambda Theta Phi for all it has done for me and continues to provide for younger generations of Latino men.

My name is Ulises Gonzalez and I have been a brother of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Incorporated since Fall of 2005.  As an Architectural Project Coordinator at a major Architecture/Engineering company in Pasadena, I attribute a large amount of my success to what I have taken away from the fraternity.  I have also developed, apart from the fve characteristics of a Trojan, leadership and service from Lambda Theta Phi.  As a Renaissance, Global, and Discovery Scholar, as designated by USC, I owe the best of my college experiences,(professional, academic, and social), to Lambda Theta Phi.  Like all Lambdas, I am a brother for life, and am proud to belong to such a prestigious and established Fraternity, the first Latino Fraternity, Lambda Theta Phi.  Fight on!

I'm originally from Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. I was raised in Salinas, CA. and attended Fresno State, Beta Omicron chapter "El Valle De Fuerza" as an undergraduate. Without a doubt my most memorable college experience was pledging for Lambda Theta Phi. I've grown as an individual in ways I never imagined possible. Lambda has truly changed my life and has helped me achieve all my educational goals to date, including attending graduate school here at USC.

Lambda has provided me with great friendships, moral and emotional support, and the networking oppertunities to succeed at USC and beyond; and this was all before I even became a Brother. Throughout the time in which I was a rushee for this great fraternity I was never pushed or urged, the brothers understood and believed that Fraternities should never choose their members, its their members that choose them. Now that I am a brother I'm glad I took my time to choose Lambda Theta Phi, and I hope who ever reads this does too.

I'm a proud brother of Lambda Theta Phi, having crossed in March of 2004. I've made the strongest bonds of friendship I could ever imagine, and memories that will last a lifetime. College wasn't the same after I pledged -- it was infinitely better, it gave me the traditional college experience. Now as an alumni I hope to pass the same along to the current undergraduate and potential brothers.
