Brother in Congress 
We, the brothers and staff of Lambda Theta Phi Foundation, are honored to congratulate our brother, Congressman Robert Menendez of New Jersey, on his election as Chairman of the Democratic Caucus of the U.S. House of Representatives, the first Jerseyan to be Chairman and highest ranking Hispanic in Congressional History. He was sworn in on January 7, 2003 in Washington, D.C.
