I pledged for Lambda Theta Phi in Fall 2005. Due to the pledging process, I can honestly say I have become a better person. It was a great experience. Now as a brother, I am really involved in the Fraternity through its social and community service events. Not only have I develop strong bonds with brothers from this chapter, I now know many brothers from all over. Conquistadores!

Hey, my name is Ulises Gonzalez and i've been a brother of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Incorporated since Fall of 2005. And I am now the Secretary. I took Rodrigo's old position. I love this fraternity and it has helped me grow in every way I can think of. I think it has even helped me grow physically, vertically hieght-wise, but I havent really measured how tall I am. But i wouln't be suprised. We are the first Latino Fraternity and it shows. You'll know what I mean when you pledge, or if you're already a brother, you know. A Lambda 'til the day I die.

Born in Ecuador, raised in California. Pledging for Lambda Theta Phi has been one of the most memorable experience of my life. The more time passes by as a brother, the more I learn about self-discipline, the Latino/general community, and leadership within myself. I firmly believe Lambda Theta Phi brings out the true leaders in each and everyone of its brothers. Upon joining the fraternity, I joined a great social network of USC organizations, universities throughout California & across the nation, and an alumni base growing since the establishment of the Lambdas in 1975. But above all, I joined a brotherhood of great friends. I sweat and bleed brown and white...Lambda Theta Phi, Until the Day I Die!

Lambda has helped open my horizons and provided an incredible example of exhibiting Leadership, Passion, and Discipline in all endeavors. My experience as a brother has been incredible and only keeps getting better. My network has expanded across not only Southern California, but across the nation and three decades into the past. The resources available to me, along with the brotherhood, unity, and memories, extend beyond imagination.

Hey everyone, my name is Bernardo and I'm majoring in Architecture here at USC. I pledged Fall semester in 2005 for this fraternity and I have loved every minute of it. There are so many benefits that I have gained from joining the Lambdas that I can't even list them all. Overall, it's added to my whole experience here at USC in making every moment a memorable one.

I was made and born in Guerrero, Mexico, but I was raised in San Diego, California.  I am a big soccer fan that loves Cruz Azul, Mexican National Team, and Barcelona.  The process is definitely something that I won't forget in life.  It is a very memorable experience that only happens once.  It opened my eyes to see life differently, to appreciate things more, and to have self control.  I have more confidence than before, and I definitely know that any obstacle is surmountable.  You need to have faith and believe in something especially yourself to move on.  "I am the master of my faith."

Lambda Theta Phi has helped me to progress in ALL aspects of  life, most notably my academic and personal career. The organization beyond providing me with a sense of PRIDE has also moled me into a more productive and responsible person. My Fraternity and brothers are an extension of my family and have allowed me to grow along side them. I thank Lambda Theta Phi for all it has done for me and continues to provide to all generations of Latino men.
